Boundless - Blue Ridge Parkway Autumn Landscape at Blue Hour

A view from the Blue Ridge Parkway during the last of the light on a chilly Autumn evening. This image was captured on the Southern section of the Blue Ridge Parkway at the end of September, just as the fall foliage was starting it's yearly change.

I like the incredible depth of the seemlingly endless layers of mountain peaks and ridges in this shot, coupled with some amazing colors that happened as the light disappeared into the muted tones of blue hour showcasing where the expression "purple mountains majesty" must have come from.
